deckers who accept your package requests are expected to take it to its final destination if they’re able to. We understand how frustrating it is if you cannot reliably get a package where you need it with deckit.
if you believe you were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, go back in your package history and select the package in question, contact deckit and we’ll look into it.
if you experienced an issue with your pickup, such as difficulty connecting with your decker or your decker never arrived, please contact and share the details with deckit and we'll look into it.
