adding and selecting a preferred payment method will allow you to request a ride. depending on your country and city, you can add payment methods such as credit cards, cash, or a PayPal account. When a package has been delivered, your selected payment method is charged.
prior to sending a package, use your deckit app to check that your preferred payment method is selected.
manually add a credit or debit card,
you can manually add a credit or debit card, in the deckit app.
updating card information:
you can edit a debit or credit card’s expiration date, CVV number, and billing zip or postal code in the deckit app.
while a debit or credit card number can’t be edited, a card can be removed from your account and then added again as a new payment method.
deleting payment methods
your account must have at least one payment method at all times. If you wish to delete your only payment method, you’ll need to add a new one first.
deckit is designed to be an entirely cashless experience in most cities.
when a trip ends, the payment method selected for the transportation of your package is immediately charged. A receipt is emailed to you, and your account's package or delivery history is updated with details about the route and fees.
Tipping is not required on deckit. Giving a decker a cash tip is left to your discretion.
